 1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Calorie Tracker mobile application ("App") developed by GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. App Usage

Calorie Tracker is a health and fitness application designed to help Users track their daily calorie intake, meals, nutrition, weight, fitness activities, and other health-related information.

The App may also provide features that allow Users to connect and sync certain information with Apple Health and Apple Watch, where applicable and with the User's permission.

The App is intended for personal and lawful use only.

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Permissions

  • Apple Health – To access and update health and fitness information, such as weight, steps, active energy, and other information that you choose to share with the App.

  • Motion & Fitness Activity – To access motion and activity information where required for supported fitness features.

  • Location (Optional) – If outdoor workout tracking is enabled, the App may request location access to support workout tracking, distance, and pace calculations.

  • App Tracking Transparency (ATT) – We request your permission before accessing your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for advertising and measurement purposes where required.

  • Notifications (Optional) – If enabled, the App may send relevant updates, reminders, health and fitness notifications, or promotional communications.

Granting these permissions is optional, although certain App features may not function without the required permission.

You can change your preferences at any time through your iOS device Settings.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your use of the App.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code,

7. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional In-App Purchases ("IAP") that allow Users to access additional features or services.

All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store.

Payment, pricing, refunds, and other applicable terms are managed according to Apple's applicable policies.

We do not collect or store your payment information.

8. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners and mediation services.

Advertisements are displayed in accordance with your consent preferences where required by applicable law.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
