Mewdoku : Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mewdoku mobile application ("App") developed by GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. App Usage

Mewdoku is a logic puzzle game application designed to provide features such as puzzle levels, daily challenges, leaderboards, hints, and other gameplay personalization functionality.

The App is intended for personal and lawful use only.

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Permissions

To provide certain features and improve your experience, the App may request the following permissions:

Notifications (Optional) – If enabled, the App may send relevant updates, daily puzzle reminders, or promotional communications.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT) – We request your permission before accessing your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for advertising and measurement purposes where required.

Granting these permissions is optional, although certain App features may not function without the required permission. You can change your preferences at any time through your iOS device Settings.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your use of the App.
  • You are responsible for any content, scores, or other material you generate through the App.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • You will not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App, including manipulating leaderboards or scores.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, designs, logos, software, features, puzzles, characters, and other intellectual property used in the App are owned by or licensed to GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the App.
  • Modify or create derivative works.
  • Distribute or resell the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code,

except where permitted by applicable law.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions that may provide access to premium puzzle packs, hint bundles, an ad-free experience, or other benefits.

All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store.

Subscription management, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple's applicable policies.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

7. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners and mediation services, including:

  • Google AdMob
  • AppLovin
  • Unity Ads
  • ironSource
  • Liftoff / Vungle
  • Meta Audience Network
  • Pangle
  • Moloco
  • InMobi

Advertisements are displayed in accordance with your consent preferences where required by applicable law.

If you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the App may use your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for more relevant advertisements and to measure advertising performance.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We make no warranties or guarantees that:

  • The App will always function without interruption.
  • The App will always be error-free or free of bugs.
  • The App will support every device.
  • All puzzles, leaderboards, or gameplay features will work as expected on every device.
  • The App will meet your expectations or requirements.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App.
  • Service interruptions or technical issues.
  • Loss of content, progress, or settings.
  • Unauthorized access to your device or information.
  • Any loss related to purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple.
  • Compatibility issues with third-party applications or services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Application.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect updates to our services, legal requirements, or operational practices.

Updated Terms will be made available within the App or through our official website.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
