KeyFont - Terms Of Use

 1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KeyFont mobile application ("App") developed by GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. App Usage

KeyFont is a font and keyboard customization application designed to provide features such as custom fonts, keyboard themes, emojis, stickers, and other keyboard personalization functionality.

The App is intended for personal and lawful use only.

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Permissions

To provide certain features and improve your experience, the App may request the following permissions:

  • Keyboard Access / Full Access – To enable KeyFont keyboard functionality, custom fonts, themes, emojis, stickers, and other supported keyboard features.

  • Photo Library – Where applicable, to allow you to select images or photos for supported customization features.

  • Camera – Where applicable, to create or use content for supported features.

  • Notifications (Optional) – If enabled, the App may send relevant updates, reminders, or promotional communications.

  • App Tracking Transparency (ATT) – We request your permission before accessing your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for advertising and measurement purposes where required.

Granting these permissions is optional, although certain App features may not function without the required permission. You can change your preferences at any time through your iOS device Settings.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your use of the App.

  • You are responsible for any content, text, images, fonts, or other material you use through the App.

  • You will ensure that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content you process or share through the App.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You will not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities.

  • You will not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the App.

  • You will not use the App to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, designs, logos, software, features, fonts, themes, and other intellectual property used in the App are owned by or licensed to GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the App.

  • Modify or create derivative works.

  • Distribute or resell the App.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code,

except where permitted by applicable law.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions that may provide access to premium fonts, themes, keyboard features, or other benefits.

All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store.

Subscription management, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple's applicable policies.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

7. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners and mediation services, including:

  • Google AdMob

  • AppLovin

  • Unity Ads

  • ironSource

  • Liftoff / Vungle

  • Meta Audience Network

  • Pangle

  • Moloco

  • InMobi

Advertisements are displayed in accordance with your consent preferences where required by applicable law.

If you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the App may use your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for more relevant advertisements and to measure advertising performance.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We make no warranties or guarantees that:

  • The App will always function without interruption.

  • The App will always be error-free or free of bugs.

  • The App will support every device, keyboard, application, or text field.

  • All fonts, themes, emojis, stickers, or keyboard features will work with every third-party application.

  • The App will meet your expectations or requirements.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App.

  • Service interruptions or technical issues.

  • Loss of content or settings.

  • Unauthorized access to your device or information.

  • Any loss related to purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple.

  • Compatibility issues with third-party applications or services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Application.

You may stop using the App at any time by disabling the KeyFont keyboard or uninstalling the App from your device.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect updates to our services, legal requirements, or operational practices.

Updated Terms will be made available within the App or through our official website.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
