1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QR Code Reader : Barcode Scan mobile application ("App") developed by GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. App Usage

QR Code Reader : Barcode Scan allows users to:

  • Scan QR codes using the device camera or photo library

  • Scan various barcode formats

  • Generate QR codes for different types of content

The App is intended for personal and lawful use only.

3. Permissions

To provide core functionality, the App may request access to:

  • Camera – to scan QR codes and barcodes in real time

  • Photo Library – to scan QR codes and barcodes from saved images

  • Notifications – to send app updates, reminders, and service information (if enabled)

  • App Tracking Transparency (ATT) – to request permission before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA)

All permissions are used solely for their intended purpose and can be managed at any time through your iOS device Settings.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for how you use the App and any scan or generated QR code content.

  • You will comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

  • You will not use the App for any unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

  • Scan results are provided for informational purposes only and should be independently verified before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other intellectual property used in the App are owned by or licensed to GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the App

  • Modify or create derivative works

  • Distribute or resell the App

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code

except where permitted by applicable law.

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases.

  • All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store.

  • Purchases are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.

  • Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

  • Subscription management and cancellations can be completed through your Apple ID account settings.

We do not process or store your payment information.

7. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including:

  • Google AdMob

  • Meta (Facebook) Audience Network

Advertisements are displayed in accordance with your consent preferences where required by applicable law. Third-party advertising providers are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Scan or generated QR code results will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

  • The App will operate without interruption or technical issues.

  • The App will always be free from bugs or errors.

You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App

  • Reliance on scan results or generated QR codes

  • Data loss or interruption of service

  • Any unauthorized access to your device or information

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect updates to our services, legal requirements, or operational practices.

Updated Terms will be made available within the App. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
