1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FF Skin Tool mobile application ("App") developed by GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. App Usage

FF Skin Tool provides entertainment-related features designed to enhance your experience.

The App is intended for personal and lawful use only.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Garena Free Fire or its respective owners. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

3. Permissions

To support advertising functionality, the App may request the following permission:

App Tracking Transparency (ATT) – to request your permission before accessing your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for personalized advertising and analytics.

Granting this permission is optional and can be changed at any time through your iOS device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

The App does not request access to your Camera, Photos, Contacts, Microphone, Location, or any other personal permissions.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your use of the App.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You will not use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.

  • You understand that the App is provided for entertainment purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, software, designs, and other intellectual property used in the App are owned by or licensed to GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the App.

  • Modify or create derivative works.

  • Distribute or resell the App.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code,

except where permitted by applicable law.

6. In-App Purchases

The Application currently does not offer any in-app purchases or subscriptions.

7. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

Advertisements are displayed in accordance with your consent preferences where required by applicable law.

If you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the App may use your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to provide more relevant advertisements.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We make no warranties or guarantees that:

  • The App will always function without interruption.

  • The App will always be error-free or free of bugs.

  • The App will meet your expectations or requirements.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App.

  • Service interruptions or technical issues.

  • Data loss.

  • Unauthorized access to your device or information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Application.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect updates to our services, legal requirements, or operational practices.

Updated Terms will be made available within the App. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
