This Privacy Policy describes how GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP ("we", "us", "our", "Company") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use Arrows Tap: Puzzle Escape and related services ("Services").
By downloading, accessing, or using our Services on Apple iOS devices, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information to operate our game, secure our services, analyze performance, and provide a personalized experience. Information may be collected directly from you, automatically through your device, or from third-party partners.
1.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

- Linked Apple ID or Game Center information

1.3 Information From Third Parties

Note: Apple Sign-In may provide a private relay email address; we respect Apple's privacy-preserving features.
b) Analytics Partners (e.g., Firebase) — They provide aggregated device metrics to help us improve the game.
c) Advertising Partners (e.g., Google AdMob) — These partners may provide fraud detection data, ad performance reports, and estimated demographics, subject to your ATT consent.
2. APPLE APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY (ATT)
In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework (iOS 14.5+), we will request your permission before tracking your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
- If you grant permission: Your IDFA may be shared with advertising partners for personalized ads and measurement.
- If you deny permission: We will not track you across third-party apps and websites. You may still see ads, but they will be less personalized.
You can change your tracking preference at any time in: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
3. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS
3.1 Payment Processing
All payments are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store. We do not collect, store, or process credit card numbers, banking details, or personal financial data.
3.2 Information We Receive
We may receive from Apple: Transaction ID, purchased product ID, purchase status (success / failed / refund), country, and purchase timestamp.
3.3 Why This Data Is Needed
We use purchase-related data to deliver purchased items, restore purchases across devices via Apple's restore mechanism, detect fraudulent activity, and provide billing support.
3.4 Refunds
Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly; please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com for refund requests.
3.5 Subscription Information
Arrows Tap Premium (Monthly)
- Subscription Title: Arrows Tap: Puzzle Escape — Premium Monthly
- Description: Subscribers get full access to all premium features, including complete removal of all advertisements and unlimited access to all in-app content, for the duration of the subscription period.
- Duration: 1 Month (auto-renewing)
- Free Trial: This subscription does not offer a free trial. You will be charged immediately upon purchase confirmation.
- Auto-Renewal: This subscription automatically renews for successive 1-month periods unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you agreed to at purchase (unless the price has changed and you were separately notified).
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your Apple device. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Price: Displayed on the App Store product page at the time of purchase, and may vary by region.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
a) Operate and Improve the Services: Provide core gameplay functionality, sync game progress across iOS devices via iCloud (if applicable), customize user experience, improve gameplay balancing.
b) Analytics and Research: Identify bugs and crashes, measure game performance, understand user behavior, improve UI/UX.
c) Advertising and Marketing (where allowed by law and ATT consent): Display relevant ads, measure ad effectiveness, limit repetitive ads (frequency capping).
d) Security, Fraud & Abuse Prevention: Detect suspicious activity, prevent unauthorized purchases, protect the community.
e) Legal Compliance: Respond to legal requests, maintain records as required by law.
5. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
5.1 Service Providers — Trusted partners help us operate the game, including analytics (Firebase), cloud hosting, crash reporting, and customer support tools.
5.2 Advertising Partners — Ad networks may receive device identifiers (subject to ATT consent on iOS) to show ads, measure performance, and detect fraud.
5.3 Legal Requirements — We may disclose data if required to comply with court orders, respond to government requests, or protect our legal rights.
5.4 Business Transfers — If the company is sold, merged, or restructured, user data may be transferred. We do not sell personal data in the traditional sense.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the locally applicable minimum age). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, the data will be deleted immediately.

b) Data Linked to You: Purchase history, game progress and activity, device identifiers (if ATT consent granted), customer support data.
c) Data Not Linked to You: Crash logs and diagnostics, aggregated analytics data.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & EXTERNAL SERVICES
