1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Translate mobile application ("App") developed by GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. App Usage

AI Translate allows users to translate text across hundreds of languages worldwide using multiple input methods including typed text, camera, voice, and real-time conversation. The App also offers offline language downloads as a premium feature. The App is intended for personal and lawful use only.

3. Permissions

To provide core functionality, the App may request access to:

  • Camera – to capture text for Camera Translate feature
  • Microphone – to enable Voice Translate and Conversation Translate features
  • Speech Recognition – to accurately process spoken words for voice-based translation
  • Notifications – to send you relevant app updates and service information

Permissions are used only for intended features and can be managed from your device settings.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for how you use the App and its translation output
  • You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
  • You must not use the App for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes
  • Translation results are provided for general communication purposes and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or professional use without verification

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software used in the App are owned by or licensed to GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are governed by Apple’s terms and policies.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions via Apple ID settings
  • No refunds are issued directly by us
7. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners including Google AdMob and Facebook Audience Network. Ad content is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that translations will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or free of technical errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its translation output.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
