1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TV Remote Control mobile application ("App") developed by GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. App Usage

TV Remote Control allows users to control compatible Smart TVs over the same Wi-Fi network. Features may include:

  • Power control (if supported by TV)
  • Volume & channel control
  • Navigation and menu access
  • Media playback control
  • App launching (on supported devices)

The App works only when your mobile device and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial, and lawful use only. Compatibility depends on TV brand, model, firmware version, and network environment. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

3. Permissions

To provide core functionality, the App may request access to:

  • Wi-Fi / Network Access – to communicate with compatible TVs
  • Local Network Access – to discover TVs connected to the same network
  • Nearby Devices Permission (if required by OS) – to detect compatible devices
  • Microphone (Optional) – for voice command features (if available)

Permissions are used strictly for core functionality and can be managed through your device settings.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

  • You will only control TVs that you own or have authorization to use
  • You will not attempt unauthorized access to third-party devices
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Wi-Fi network
  • You will comply with applicable local laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and designs in the App are owned by or licensed to GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium features via subscriptions or in-app purchases.

  • Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may manage subscriptions through your store account settings
  • Refunds are subject to the respective store's policies

We do not store or process payment information directly.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the App may include advertisements.

  • Ads are served by third-party advertising partners
  • We are not responsible for third-party ad content
  • Interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser

8. Third-Party Devices & Trademarks

The App may support TVs from various manufacturers. All brand names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used solely for compatibility identification purposes. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any TV manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Compatibility with all TV models
  • Continuous Wi-Fi connectivity

Performance may vary depending on network quality and device firmware.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GROW APP SOLUTIONS LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Network failures
  • Device incompatibility
  • Unauthorized use
  • Third-party services

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
